Do I have to be a ver.di member to talk to you?
No. You can reach out to us regardless of membership status. Some forms of legal support and binding representation, however, do require ver.di membership — we'll be transparent about what's possible in your situation.
Will my employer find out if I contact you?
Not from us. We treat all communication confidentially by default, and we'll honor any explicit confidentiality request. Retaliation against workers for organizing or seeking union support is illegal in Germany.
Which languages do you communicate in?

How fast will I get a reply?
For WhatsApp, usually the same day. For email, within two working days. For genuinely urgent matters, please mark them clearly and we'll prioritize.
